Personal enhancement and character development-these are the very reasons why I opted to join the only organization in FEU which caters talents in public speaking and debate-the Oratorical and Debate Council. To be a member of this esteemed student guild is indeed something one could be proud of and with that, he must prove his worth to this incalculable accolade. ORADEC, as far as the recesses of my hypothalamus is concerned, has already brought home umpteen and invaluable prestige in the honor cup of the Far Eastern University. Truly, being an eloquent speaker bequeaths one the opportunity to be in the "edge” to whatever field he is into. After series of screenings, I am finally an official ORADEC member. In fact, we just had our first General Assembly earlier this morning, July 24, 2005 which I consider a big gathering of the elite.
Only time can tell whatever awaits us now. To all the new members of the organization like me, GOOD LUCK! Together, let us SPEAK AND LISTEN…
